REVIVD Detailing (ABN 34 748 683 928) is a small, owner-operated business at Unit 2/5 McPherson Cct, Pambula NSW 2549. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you use our contact form or Build Your Detail tool, or contact us directly, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• vehicle details (such as make, model, year, colour and condition)
• the services and add-ons you're interested in, and any messages you send us
• photos of your vehicle taken at drop-off and during the job
• payment records (we don't store full card details)

We use your information to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
• book, carry out and follow up on your detail
• keep records of your vehicle's condition and the work done
• manage payments, warranties and aftercare
• meet our legal and tax obligations

We'll only send you marketing (such as special offers) if you've agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We photograph vehicles we work on and may use those photos on our website and social media. Number plates and personal items are always hidden. If you'd rather your vehicle isn't shared, just tell us at booking.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, and our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives standard technical data (such as your IP address) when they load. Google's own privacy policy applies to that.

When you send our contact form or Build Your Detail, your details are emailed to us using Resend, an email delivery service, and you get a copy by email. We don't keep a separate database of website enquiries.

We don't sell your information. We use these service providers to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and security
• Resend: delivering emails from our website forms
• Google Workspace: our business email
• Xero: quotes and invoices
• Stripe: card payments, when you pay an invoice or deposit online by card

We may also share details with GYEON if needed for a ceramic coating warranty claim, or when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We store your information in password-protected accounts and devices. We keep records only as long as we need them, including the five years the ATO requires us to keep business records, and then delete them securely.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Just contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
