How REVIVD works.

REVIVD started from a simple frustration: most detailing is sold, not recommended. We built the opposite — a studio run on the same discipline you'd expect from an engineer, where every decision is made because it's right for the vehicle, not because it's easy to sell.

Operating Principles

These principles define how REVIVD operates. They influence every recommendation, every service and every customer interaction.

Vehicle First

Every recommendation should benefit the vehicle before it benefits the business.

We will never recommend a service simply because it's more expensive. If a maintenance detail is the right solution for your vehicle today, that's what we'll recommend. If polishing can wait, we'll tell you that too.

Precision

We follow proven systems to deliver consistent results.

Every vehicle moves through the same five-stage process — inspect, recommend, clean and polish, protect, maintain — regardless of the day, the workload, or who's behind the wheel. The system isn't there to slow us down; it's there so the outcome doesn't depend on chance.

Integrity

Recommend only what is needed. Explain every recommendation.

If your vehicle doesn't need polishing, we won't sell you polishing. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it, in plain terms — not just what we suggest, but why.

Craftsmanship

Every finish reflects our standards.

The door shuts, the wheel wells, the trim edges — the places no one checks get the same attention as the ones everyone does. A finish either meets the standard, or the job isn't done yet.

Longevity

Protect the vehicle today. Preserve it for tomorrow.

We'd rather recommend a smaller job now that sets a vehicle up properly than a bigger one that only looks right until the next wash. The measure of a good detail is how it holds up in six months, not how it looks the day you drive away.

Clarity

Make every recommendation, process and communication easy to understand.

You shouldn't need to know detailing terminology to understand what we're suggesting or why it costs what it does. If an explanation needs a follow-up question to make sense, we haven't explained it well enough yet.

Experience

Every interaction should reflect the quality of our workmanship.

The way we answer a question, quote a job, or follow up afterward should feel like the same standard you see in the finished vehicle. Workmanship doesn't stop at the paint.

Where It Happens

A workshop built for the work, not for show.

Every vehicle is worked on indoors, under consistent lighting, away from weather and dust that would compromise polishing or coating work. It's not a large space — it doesn't need to be. It's set up so nothing about the environment gets in the way of the result.

Based in Pambula on the Far South Coast of NSW, serving the surrounding region including Merimbula and the broader South Coast.
